0. Introduction

These General Conditions apply to the offer and sale of the products on this website (bits.hencos.it). The products purchased on bits.hencos.it are sold directly by Hencos Srl (hereinafter also simply "Hencos"), headquartered in Brescia (Italy - EU), CF and VAT 02640110983. By placing an order the counterparty (hereafter simply "You") accepts these conditions. Discrepancies and/or additions to these conditions are only valid if only explicitly accepted by Hencos and You. In these General Conditions, an email message is a valid written statement.

1. Offer and acceptance

To purchase one or more products filling the order form is mandatory. The order form includes a brief summary of information about the products that you wish to purchase and the price, inclusive of taxes and fees. The contract is concluded at the moment when Hencos electronically receives the order form. Hencos will process the order. Hencos may not fulfill the order, providing prompt communication, in the case the order is incomplete or incorrect. Hencos may not process your order even in the event of unavailability of products: if the products are no longer available for sale at the time of the order, Hencos will promptly communicate the unavailability of the products ordered.If order was already paid Hencos will refund the amount already paid. By submitting the order form You confirm to know and accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the information on the right of withdrawal.

4. Payment

Payment methods can be selected during order form filling. Electronic payment are made through PayPal SSL network, with credit card or PayPal account.

5. Exclusion of Liability

We do not assume any liability for direct, indirect, material or immaterial damages that may arise from the use of our products except if damages were caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
